Hailing from the Apuan Mountains in Carrara, Italy. This quarry is the home of many famous Italian marbles such as Carrara, Statuario, Calacatta, Calacatta Vagli, Bianco,Venatino, Arabescatto, and many more. All these stones fall in the luxory stone catagory.
It is also known as Calacatta Carrara Extra, Calacata, Calacatta, Calacatta Borghini, Calacatta Sponda, Calacatta White Marble, Calacatta Classico Marble, Calacatta Carrara Marble, in China stone market:卡拉卡塔(Kǎlā kǎ tǎ). Calacatta Carrara can be processed into Polished, Sawn Cut, Sanded, Rockfaced, Sandblasted, Tumbled and so on.
